  2. Profile

    Role profile, criteria and plan are written and approved by you.

  3. Search / analysis

    Research, direct search or HR analysis depending on the brief.

  4. Assess

    Structured interviews and documented comparison.

  5. Decide

    You make the decision; we support negotiation and communication.

  6. Follow up

    Agreed follow-up after start date or implementation.

FAQ

Can I send my CV through the website?

No. The form has no file upload, and we ask you not to send a CV, health information, national ID numbers or other sensitive data. Send a short general enquiry and we will agree a secure route if relevant.

Do you have open positions right now?

We do not publish positions on the website. Candidates are welcome to send a general enquiry.

What does an engagement cost?

It depends on scope. We send a written proposal after the first conversation. Nothing on the website is an offer or binding agreement.

How fast do you reply?

We read enquiries Mon–Fri 09–18 Copenhagen time. We do not promise a specific response time.

Is an enquiry a booking?

No. An enquiry is a request. A meeting is only arranged once we confirm it with you directly.
