What we process
When you submit the contact form: name, email, optional organisation, your form choices and your message. We ask you not to send sensitive data, CVs or files — the form has no file upload.
Purpose and basis
To answer your enquiry (legitimate interest and your consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)). We do not use the data for marketing.
How the message is sent
The form posts to a PHP script on our web host (Hostinger), which forwards it as email through the host’s mail function to consulting@hrsorencarlwinter.space. The script does not log your message content.
Abuse limitation
To limit spam the server stores a pseudonymous identifier (a SHA-256 hash of domain and IP address) and a counter in a temporary file outside the public folder. At most five attempts per 15 minutes. Expired files are deleted on subsequent requests.
Retention
Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any subsequent engagement, then deleted. We have not set a fixed period. The host’s own server logs are governed by the provider’s terms.
Cookies and local storage
We use no analytics or marketing cookies. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage. The role profile tool only stores your summary temporarily in sessionStorage when you choose to send it.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and withdraw consent, by writing to consulting@hrsorencarlwinter.space. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
